Refund policy

At Just Ash, we take pride in offering carefully curated pieces we know you’ll love. Due to the nature of our products and small-batch inventory, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must provide:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging



Requests made after the 3-day window may not be eligible for resolution.


Additional Notes


  • Items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for replacement
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or handmade nature of items
